Supports Coordination · New Jersey
Your life, your path, our support.
Relationship-based supports coordination for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, built on close, caring relationships with the people we support and their families.

We walk alongside people through thoughtful, purposeful Supports Coordination.
Founded by the Godown family in 2016, Bridges is built on close, caring relationships with the people we support and their families. We help people shape the lives they want, with choice, connection, and a true sense of belonging.
What we believe
People first. Community always.
Belonging for everyone.
-
Choice
In how you live, every day.
-
Connection
To supportive, meaningful relationships.
-
Confidence
To pursue your goals, on your terms.
-
Community
Where you are welcomed and belong.
Together, we’re creating a world where disability is never a barrier to opportunity, and where every person can grow, contribute, and live with dignity, purpose, and joy.
How we help
Support that fits your life, not the other way around.
We take the time to listen, learn what matters to you, and turn that into a plan that guides the services and supports that fit your goals.
Listen & plan
We learn what’s important to you and for you, then build it into your Individual Service Plan (ISP).
Connect to services
We help you explore options, identify providers, and make informed choices about what works best for you.
Stay connected
We check in regularly to make sure your supports keep working, and update your plan when things change.
Advocate
We help you navigate the DDD and Medicaid systems and use your funding in a way that supports your goals.

More than a plan
Real relationships are where the change happens.
We show up as partners, celebrating the milestones, steadying the hard days, and helping build a life that feels like yours. That’s what supports coordination looks like at Bridges.
Our people
Real relationships, real supports.
Our team brings lived experience, deep knowledge of the DDD system, and a genuine commitment to the people they support.

Founder & CEO
Josh Godown
Founder & CEO
Josh’s path to founding Bridges grew from years of supporting people with autism and intellectual disabilities across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He began with hands-on work with children and adults, later becoming a Behavior Consultant in schools and moving into upper management within group homes. These roles gave him a deep understanding of the need for compassionate, person-centered, and effective support.
In 2015, Josh founded Bridges in New Jersey, inspired by the lessons he had learned and his commitment to making a meaningful difference. For Josh, the mission of Bridges is personal. It is about building genuine connections and ensuring every person has access to the support and resources they need to thrive.
Welcome to Bridges, where our commitment to transformative care and understanding is at the core of everything we do.

With a diverse career spanning schools, the mental health field, and advocacy work, Artemis has been committed to advocating for what’s right, driven by both her personal values and professional experiences.
Her role as a paraprofessional in a local high school ignited her curiosity about the paths available beyond the conventional educational framework. This exploration led her to join the Bridges team in 2019, where she continues to apply her extensive knowledge and passion for advocacy.
